Add your actions in Diceepline, attribute some points ( negative or positive ) to each action, setup pronostics, and even costs…
Each time you want to do an action, roll the wheel. If you win, you can do it.
If you lose, you will have to do a better action, or nothing.
You cant still do the bad action you want, but you lose twice the points.
Compare your day Score/Cost to yesterday, or previous week, estimate how much things cost you in your life… And hopefully, gradually let your bad habits down.
